IT Systems Analyst with special responsibility for dedicated software programming. Director of Net-Effects
Graeme Hart is the Managing Director of Net Effects, previously Jencraft Software Solutions. Graeme has assisted OEC, for many years, designing and creating robust, user-friendly and relevant software applications that support OEC Reporting. Carlos Vela
IT Systems Analyst with Special Responsibility for the OEC website data management systems
Carlos Vela is an experienced Systems Analyst. He has developed web applications in the full software development cycle using different technologies, including ASP.NET. He assists OEC in designing and developing the front and back end of the site applications, including the OEC data-management facilities eOEC Surveys and eOEC360 Surveys. He has assisted in many online client projects for many years.
