    Michael Howden provides a range of operational support services to OEC. With a Masters in Applied Psychology, Michael is an integral OEC team member supporting the OEC Director and the OEC Associates in client delivery, project management, research and OEC office management.

  • Graeme Hart

    IT Systems Analyst with special responsibility for dedicated software programming. Director of Net-Effects
    Graeme Hart is the Managing Director of Net Effects, previously Jencraft Software Solutions. Graeme has assisted OEC, for many years, designing and creating robust, user-friendly and relevant software applications that support OEC Reporting. His other major clients are MLQ Pty Ltd, the Banking and Financial Services Ombudsman and Native Title Services Victoria. www.net-effects.com.au

    IT Systems Analyst with Special Responsibility for the OEC website data management systems
    Carlos Vela is an experienced Systems Analyst. He has developed web applications in the full software development cycle using different technologies, including ASP.NET. He assists OEC in designing and developing the front and back end of the site applications, including the OEC data-management facilities eOEC Surveys and eOEC360 Surveys. He has assisted in many online client projects for many years.

    OEC Research Associate involved in special project applications and statistical modeling.
    Senior Leacturer at Monash University specialising in theoretical and applied psychology, research methods and statistics. Senior Lecturer, Department of Psychology at Monash University: includes tutorials and lecturing in multivariate statisitcs, research methods, and mathematical modelling.
